An Evening Under the Tahoe Stars

Red Carpet Events & Design recently had the opportunity to work with a group of talented ladies to create an Evening Under the Tahoe Stars at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. The event took place in the Lone Eagle Grill and included the restaurant, bar, and ballroom areas in order to accommodate the 500+ people attending the event. We started with the “Under the Stars” concept and strung thousands and thousands of lights from the ceiling. We added in a variety of seating including wooden farm tables, square tables, and rounds to add an air of interest to the room. Stylish metal trees were used with ivy accents and orchid leis to add an elegant flair to the ballroom. The dining room was transformed with stylish winter floral including amaryllis and winter berries accented with tall pewter candlesticks on moss green, bark fortuni and dupioni linens. Outdoor furniture under bistro lights and tons of luminaries finished off the evening for those that wanted to enjoy the perfect Tahoe winter night!
