What is your favorite childhood memory during the holidays?

Every Christmas Eve, after attending church and eating dinner together, my entire paternal extended family gathered in my grandparent's living room and opened our Secret Santa gifts one-by-one, from youngest to oldest. I absolutely love this tradition because everyone gets to see each family member open their gift as well as the joy on their face as they open their gift. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, the entire family is in one place, spending time together.

What is your favorite part of the holidays?

The best part of the Holidays was when Santa would create a scavenger hunt. My brother and I would wake up to a letter on the tree that led to another letter hidden somewhere in the house. We would hunt down clues until we solved the whole puzzle, earning the best present of the bunch. It always showed how thoughtful my family was and how much they loved me.

Don’t get your tinsel in a tangle and have a very Happy Holiday!
